She's obviously never bought drugs before, if that wasn't already apparent from her ability to pick a dealer. Still, what really puzzles me is what law they charged her under; she didn't actually buy anything, and, unless I'm mistaken, intention to buy is not illegal. Also, she could've simply claimed that she was just kidding around. I wouldn't exactly call her stupid since something is obviously wrong with her.
