Just because the 911 misunderstood the fact that "my baby" was really her cat Baby is not the fault of this poor woman. It shows how people assume things without asking questions. Did the 911 officer ask "how old is the child"? That question would have solved the problem right there if helping the commuity and our elderly is a misdemener than we should just forget about hiring "Community Peace Officers".
